Crap, can you believe it! I haven't even had my "V" for three weeks and a hail storm Wednesday pounded the heck out of her!

My Honda Element and Accord also took damage. I guess the bright side is that my "E" and Accord took much more damage than the "V" did. I'd say my Versa had about a dozen or so little pock-marks on the roof, and only one on the hood.

My Element has several dozen marks all over the hood and the roof, and my windshield even got cracked (the Element has a notoriously week windshield; I'm on number 2 right now!). The Accord has a huge dent on the hood and a bunch of smaller ones all over.

Anybody have experience with hail damage? I'm really hoping that a body shop can just pull the dents out of the V. I can only imaging what a pain it would be to try and find the right paint color, then have it match the rest of the car. My Element is the Sunset Orange Pearl, and I've read horror stories from people with fixed paint that didn't match the rest of the car. Something to do with how Pearl paints are mixed or something.

That sucks. I've got some tree sap on mine that I'm having a hell of a time getting off, even using tree sap and road tar remover. Good luck!

Hey, my previous car got struck by hail 3 times......what luck huh. Anyway I took it to one of those places that "roll" the dents out. It was not cheap, but, since the paint was not cracked they rolled right out. Could not tell it ever happened. Might call around, these people usually come around after hail storms and set up on the side of the road. The ones I used, different ones each time, did excellent work. It was much cheaper than a body shop.

Hey, I don't have hail damage, but I do have a small dent on the side of the car from some jackass opening his door too hard. Now...The paint is not damaged...how much would it cost or what can I do to remove this dent??? WOuld you recommend using the as-seen-on-tv product that uses suction cups to remove this dent? or should i just pay for a pro?
