hey it was unlocked and it had an Alpine, what would you do?! Don't judge me man! At the risk of getting cooked I kind of like the wood, at least it's a good job. The red top KA made me do a double take, I thought it was a freakin S2000 engine for a second!

I saw a Skyline on a lot once with get this, real snakeskin door panel inserts! A little whit trashy maybe but I thaught it looked cool. So what if the castle is in the middle of a trailer park the rent's cheap!

Wait, what's wrong with the 2nd 240? I thought the interior was painted pretty clean...is it because it resembles "rice"?

The steering wheel is "cracked" because an airbag flew out of it and assaulted someone.

It is obviously a '98 because of the sides and tails.

It has a salvage title.

Someone must have banged the front-end up, and used parts from a 95-96.

I'd stay away from this with a 10-foot pole for reasons already discussed. Even if it IS a 98 with a 95/96 front due to an accident, you won't know if the frame damaged. If it is, the car will respond differently while driving. They don't even mention why the front end is different in their auction - they only say its salvaged. No airbags = deployed = accident. Plus, its an AUTO!

Would I get this car? Only if I could see and inspect it in person and do an S15 conversion on it. Would I use it as a daily driver? Hell no.

Car: Kickboxing, driving like I stole it.

Post

To begin with, I saw a thread on this car somewhere else, and yes, it was wrecked, when it was stolen, the theif ran it into something and the guy got it back beat to hell. The older front end was cheaper, so he went with that one. HOWEVER!!, I read the description at the bottom of the page, and here are my thoughts. "there is no visible damage to this car." Well, you can't see my Hemmorhoids either, but they itch. "The original owner... long and hard deciscion... replace this vehicle..." Unless he dicussed having it stolen with the theives beforehand, I don't see that he had any choice. "Clean smell throughout... Never been smoked in." Two words for you... Air Freshener? I had a girlfriend like that once. "Repairs made due to collision damage...there is no collision damage." Well, other than the mis-matched front end and the blown airbags. Oh, and the cracked steering wheel. "There is no visible damage" Your multiple personalities are arguing again. "75% tread left on these tires." That's it, I'm buying it, after all, when the tires are worn out I just throw the car away anyway. God bless the Weak & Stupid.

And what the Crap is Telescoping steering?

telescoping steering would refer to a steering wheel that goes in and out so it can be closer or farther from the driver. unless this car got so messed up that the steering wheel moves in and out i doubt it has this.

I'm too short for that to even interest me...telescoping pedals and drivers seat though... There's an idea who's time has come.

I don't know if anyone else realised the first car has a Salvage title. Which would explain for the 95/96 frontend, the car probably had massive front end damage. also explains the cheap price.
