Awhile back, i had to replace the headgasket. Anyways, long story short, i had a extra intake mani from the engine i bought and installed. After looking at that back side, i realized one plug was in the wrong spot and one was just hanging there. The egr was not plugged into anything and the plug the goes from on top the mani down to the sensor in the intake mani was not hooked up. My question is, could this be the reason why my wideband was reading max lean, which ended up making my car run worst and throw a rod? I have a engine installed and won't get my JWT ecu till monday. I'm hoping everything will crank up, considering i have a completely new turbosetup.

What plug are you talking about??? Everything on your intake mani is just to control your idle. Should have nothing to do with your air/fuel ratio. Unless you got a boost leak.
