What weight oil did you put in? Not using the proper weight can cause a P0021. Also try the advice in this related post and try disconnecting the cam sensors, clearing the codes, and scanning again. The fact that you don't have an accompanying P0011 code is promising.

Used 5w30 Gtx high mileage like always in the winter. I will try unplugging sensor and try again. I read that post before and I have no symptoms what so ever. That's why I'm so confused!!

Maybe try resetting the ECU if you haven't already tried it..

1. Turn ignition "ON" (without starting vehicle), count to 3 seconds.

2. Depress/Release accelerator pedal 5 times...hard and fast.

3. Count to 10 seconds (not 7!) and fully depress accelerator pedal.

4. Count to 12 seconds (SERVICE ENGINE SOON should be blinking), release accelerator pedal.

5. Count to 10 seconds, depress accelerator pedal.

6. Count to 10 seconds, release accelerator pedal.

7. Turn off ignition, then start engine. Done!
