Had a guy come up to me and ask for a picture

The guy had a really heavy accent (not spanish) and asked if he could take a picture with my car...

I was like sure! He said in his country a car like that would go for 50k american!

I was like tell me where to ship it lol

Anyone ever had someone want to take a picture of or with your car??

One day I parked right in front of this Jamaican restaurant that has seating outside. There was a guy sitting outside with some friends I guess and he saw me park and he wanted to get a picture because something about it being red (its one of 2 red Gs around here) and he really liked it.

There was another day I was supervising an event at a field and I was parked on the field, and I do have to admit it looked sexy in the grass. This girl walked up to me, with what I presumed to be her boyfriend no less, and asked if I knew whose car it was and I told her it was mine. She was like "OMG, I love that car, its like my favorite car," and I replied, "Maybe someday you can get to ride in it." I would have to imagine that her boyfriend didn't like that too much. But she proceeded to go around the car taking pictures with her phone, smiled and said thanks, and left.

She was pretty cute, not top dollar though. She never did take me up on the ride. She never came back for contact info for a ride. Probably because she got yelled at haha. That's ok though, I've given better looking girls rides. I told that story in front of my ex-gf but I made it sound like she was really hot just because she was there, yeah she wasn't to happy about that but what did I care. Her response was, what's with it and boys and their toys and girls being all over them for it? Obviously she was jealous she wasn't riding in the G anymore.

yup, the town i attend college in has only one G35, and I own it haha... A lot of people ask me what it is and a whole bunch of other questions...

Many don't know what to enjoy---the looks of the car or the sweet, sweet Stillen exhaust note. There is a tunnel close to my place and when I get into that tunnel, I am usually on WOT. When I am on WOT, just about everycar out there is stunned or impressed with the sudden WOT. I actually scare some drivers when I am around 45 miles/hour in third, and then I drop it into 2nd gear----the sound is awesome. I get plenty of thumbs up and approval auto honking from many drivers. Makes me smile and feel confident with the G.

This is one of the biggest things I miss the most about my Red baby. I don't know how many of you are familiar with military bases, but we have to stop at the gate to have our ID checked when entering and they randomly send people to the car search area when coming through. I didn't get messed with much till I bought my G. Then I started getting sent over there more often. It took me only a couple times and them being VERY obvious about it for me to catch on to what was going on. I got sent to them, shut my car off, dug out my Reg/Ins and License, was getting out of the vehicle to pop my hood and open my doors and trunk when they stopped me, and said, "Oh, don't worry about that, we asked only asked the guard to send you over here so we could check out your car." At first a flash of frustration came over me for the waste of time and then I was like... how can I be mad about this. Not to mention the heads turning in traffic and by walking on the sidewalks as you drive by, and most of all the attention it grabbed from the ladies. All this is what's making it so hard for me to decide on a new one, wait till I find a low mileage, 6MT in red again? Or go with a nice low mileage Diamond Graphite I found here? Oh decisions decisions! Anyone have any input? Does anyone think the Diamond Graphite might get just as much or less attention than a Laser Red cause it doesn't stand out as much?

Here's another story. Doesn't have to do with pictures, but people envying my G. A bunch of friends and I were going out one night and quite a few of my female friends are hot. Well, I was one of the drivers so I had the G. Needless to say, all the hot girls came with me. So what did I do? I pulled right up to the door of the bar/club and let them out. Every single person in that line just looked and the ladies got right in--there were other ladies standing in line. Now being a guy, I still had wait in line, if only they had valet or I could VIP park right in front then I could have just followed them in. But the rest of our group was in line as well. One guy was visiting his girlfriend and he hated me because she used to like me and told him. I didn't care, he was an a-hole and I made a point in making sure he knew. But they saw me in the G, too, and all of a sudden this guy decided he could be buddy buddy with me on the spot and his parents had one and a bunch of other crap. I just told him to stop. A few minutes before the bar closed, I went and got the G and waited outside for my ladies. Same thing happened in reverse.
