I have looked at this forum and found nothing related to the 2nd Gen Nav system for hacking to allow video playback while in park. Is there any tutorial or hack to make this work?

It should be possible use the analog camera input of the nav radio. You may need some generic two-way video switch to select between the camera and your video source.
