I just got word from my body man that my flip-ups(on my 93 coupe) are irreparable so i could just buy some new ones or...i could go with a fixed set-up. My main concern though is how to wire for H9 bulbs because I am planning on using these: http://www.hella.com/produktio...0.jsp

I found some H9 connectors here(http://www.rallylights.com/hella/Connectors.asp#h9c) but I haven't been able to find any info on how to hook them up yet. Also I need to know if I need to get any higher amperage fuses for this set-up.

Thanks,Fred

sorry, I've been sick for a couple of days so haven't bothered to get on; looks like I didn't miss anything though. nobody has any knowledge in this area? I would think it's simple but I just don't wan't to risk buying $220 worth of H9 Hella's to just end up not being able to install them.

well you really can't go wrong. check a wiring diagram and the h4 just have 3 wires ground, low beam and high beam. it looks like the h9 is for fogs so you just wire the ground and low beam on it

oh really, gotcha. yeah they are a separate low and high(for headlights, but they do have a fog version) so i'll just split the ground wire then? may have to call hella to find out fuse amperage though. thanks

they can share the same ground or just ground it on the body
