I purchased an eBay HID Conversion kit and when I received it it would not turn on as it should since it is plug and play. I researched and found out I may need a battery relay harness. I purchased one once again in eBay and it appears the seller may have sent me the wrong one. I contacted the seller and he told me they are universal. Just want to know if this is true. I plugged the connections correctly and the only one I do not know how to connect is the one male end with 2 prongs on it with a blue and black wire going to it. According to some descriptions this is supposed to go into the OEM’s bulb harness, but since the harness has 3 slots and does not match the one on the harness just wanted to know what I can do next.

The one in the middle plugs into one of the OEM bulb harnesses (make sure you use the drivers side to avoid the "auto" problem) by using the provided harnesses. But here's what's wrong: if this is what you have, then you have the wrong relay. This is for an H4 setup - we have H11 for fogs and low-beams. Usually what will happen is that weird looking 3-prong harness would be an H11 harness, and see how it's wired with the harness on it's other end? That's what should plug into the middle. Shown in picture:

You can simply change out the harness with a harness from autozone, advance auto etc. if you don't want to exchange it.

the pictured I attached is of the setup I have. I have H4 lights on my car and based on what you said the relay harness is for an H11 bulb. So I cannot modify this harness to make it wor with my H4 kit, the best and easiest thing to do is to get one from Autozone then? Thanks ahead once again DarkScorpion.

Well I plugged the wire coming from the bulb into the battery relay harness as described in the picture and plugged the 3 prong plug into the factory bulb socket and this worked. Thanks for all your help.
