h3 hid bulbs for and 98 q45t

anyone have this done? i have a pair of h3 hid bulbs but the bulbs a to long what should i do that extra light would be awesome along with the hid headlights a already have

Most switch out with the later headlamp units with HID low beams.

Look at Zinkie13 rebuild with valeo projectors.

Where is this located at? Projectors on a 98!?! I hope you are not talking about the old write up on the 98 that isn't even finished. If i remember correctly, didn't he cut a football in half to use to seal the back of the housing!?! If this is the article you are speaking of, I'll pass.

I found his pics at the old site. I'm glad that I finally got to see a Y33 with projectors in the front. Actually he is the one who cut a football in half to seal the projectors. I wish that I could find someone who could do a retro fit...even though they can be expensive.

I have these short H3c bulbs in my fogs. I have 6000k headlights and fogs. They are fukn great. I wouldn't go any higher then 6000k, blue looks ricey and you get less light output.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...99872
