So i got a rear out of a 95 pathfinder that i plan on swapping into my Mazda B2200. im doing this mainly 4 the LSD and the fact that the rearends are the exact same size length wise from backing plate 2 backing plate, and should b nearly the exact same overall. i have pretty much everything figured out 4 this thing to go in. i have all the brackets cut off of it, new springs perches 4 my leafs, and i need to shorten my driveline about 2.5"s. my only real question is, is there a ring and pinion that is swappable into this rear to get a taller gears like a 3.9 or 3.6 even would b awesome. heres a link to my thread http://www.mazdatruckin.com/vBulletin/p ... rakes.html

any help would b great. thanx

i just found in a different nissan forum that the V6 2WD hardbody pickups had a 3.9 in the auto and a 3.7 in the manual with the H233B axle housing. can anyone confirm this? if so this would make my swap a whole lot easier

i know... its just a different kind of forum.... most nico club members couldn't tell you what gear ratio they have in their own car.... and the tech section is a joke, theres like five "how do i replace a battery" threads on the first page lol

but one thing we all have in common is that we love nissans regardless :gapteeth:
