If you're looking for LED replacement bulbs, this is a fair appraisal done with professional equipment. I have one customer who had us install GTR Lighting LED's and swears by them. This pretty much showed he was right, at least if you're looking for maximum output in a reliable package. It also shows the Diode Dynamics bulbs (the only ones US-made) are excellent, and also shows the futility of China-cheap units with insufficient heat-sinking. Good stuff!
