H11 HID VS H11 LED?

Im posting all over the place As part of the LED upgrade im looking around for either an HID kit for my m37 for the fogs or saw these on VLEDS site.. http://www.v-leds.com/5K-WHITE-28-LED-1 ... 8-1-2.html

anyone have an opinion as to what they used before? and was worked the best for them?

I dont want to go brighter than my 4500k color of the head lights. From what i read 4500 is really the best visibility and appearance higher the color goes the less you see.

Those LEDs are just for looks, not so much for light. according to their site:
"These bulbs are designed for aesthetic purposes only. They are a great match for HID headlights but not intended to be used as a primary source of light. "

So - they are fine if you are just wanting them for looks.

If you want actual light output, look at these. I just installed them in my EX35 (low beams) to replace the stock halogens (yes, the HIDs used to be an upgrade in the EX35)
