To be honest it would be hard to decide. They both have great reps. H&R makes great suspension kits. I have the H&R Super Low-Pro coilovers on my 98 Jetta VR6 Turbo. It rides nice. My rear wheels rub, but that's because they are 16X9.5 . Eibach was the first to make the suspension for our cars. I personally think that H&R is mainly for European cars (Porche, BMW, Benz, Audi, Volkswagen and ECT). I believe that the H&R will lower the car more. I have the Eibach's and the drop is perfect for me and my simi crazy daily driving in Los Angeles were he streets aren't in perfect condition. Those are my thoughts. Good luck on your decision.

yeah i have 19's on my car and i deff dont want the tires to rub so i need to make sure whichever one i go with doesnt rub. I was set on the Eibach because alot of coupe owners had them but then saw that H&R came out with some springs and my buddy has them on his 03 cobra so i dont know which ones to go with.
