H&R Spacers

I need to get some spacers for my s13, because im going to lower my car and because of my high offset wheels, and i want to know if these spacers come with stud pressed in, or do i have to buy new studs to push in the spacer?

if theyre the bolt on type spacer, then theyll come with studs already pressed in and come with lugs to bolt them on to your car.
