Yeah. Now that I have your attention. Is the problem my injector? I noticed the motor was missing, and I told my boy (mechanic). He dismissed it as the motor mounts (which are bad and DO need changing, but another story). But upon pulling the injector plugs, cylinder #4 has no effect. Pulled the spark plug for the cylinder, it's black. Cleaned it off, put it back in, no dice. Motor still misses. Cleaned the CAS just in case because it has a broken cover and that might've been the problem, nope, still misses. So I figure it's the injector, since the wires are all grounded to the same spot, you know. It's also been backfiring a lot yesterday, and it died on me while I was waiting for the idle (which was super low) to even itself out.

You need to remove the coil-pack and switch it with another cylinder. If it continues to miss on Cylinder 4, then yes, you may have a bad injector or faulty wiring. If the miss moves to the cylinder that you switched the coil-pack with, then that coil-pack is bad....

if your #4 spark plug is considerably blacker than all the others than your #4 injector is most likely sticking open causing richness and misfiring..when your injector is not opening your spark plug wont be blacker than the others because it is not seeing fuel..so thats why i think your injector is staying open too long or like said above your #4 coilpack

Ahh I knew that the misfiring and the spark plug being black meant I was still getting fuel into the cylinder...I need to go by instinct an stop listenin to these goons round here....I'm gon head by a mechanic friend soon, hopefully he has an extra coilpac kif thas the problem.

Twas tha sparkplug...
