guys with versaspeed grille

Hey i was wondering how does the versaspeed mount to the car? I found some nice looking mesh thats looks pretty damn close to the versaspeed grille. now im wondering how they specify how its mounted and where at.

each section of the grille has three tabs that hold it to the car. you drill two holes in the bumper and one in the air dam and use a screw and threaded washer to hold it on.

here is what i found at lowes. let me know if you think it will work. im going to have to do some fabrication but im pretty sure i can get it to work.




its 8"x 25' and it cost alot more than gutter guards but i like the smaller holes. cost 18$

im try the lower grille as well

well it didn't work out as well as i hopes. the curvature threw off everything so i just bit the bullet and purchased the versaspeed grille. im do the bottom tho with the mesh so its not a total waste :\ thanks for your help

Did you look on ebay? I heard there was a similar one being sold, about half the price of the versaspeed.

No clue, I havent really bought any aftermarket parts for my V...I usually modify my OEM parts.

How much is the ebay grille? And whats it called?

i just looked up versa mesh grille the guy wants $79.99 and $41 shipping.. wow didn't see that. that sneaky bastard.

Wow, I thought about getting one but thats a little too much for an aftermarket grille...I can get the 2010 OEM grille for less and have better quality.
