hey can you tell me more about this risingsunengines? i live in CA and i need a KA longblock

They sell used engines. They clean and compression test every engine before selling it. The engine I have received was clean inside and out, and is running very strong with no problems. The only problem was that it took them almost 3 weeks to send it out. But it was worth the wait. This is only my experience, your experience may be different.
