My shifter bushing went out on my RB25 and i couldnt seem to find anyone that had them in stock and well i kinda needed it asap,so i did some searching.

And finally i found a part that WILL work very well.

Im not totally for sure what type of Nissan its off of but the part number for it is:

32861-01G00

My dealership had several of them in stock and it was only like 6$ total.

It takes a little beating for it to go on but it definetly works.

Anyways, just thought ide let you guys know in case anybody needed one!

Later!

now if someone could make a bushing so you could use a KA/SR short shifter in an rb25 transmission with out any slop.

Reason being, until i bought an Isis short throw shifter had my old KA top top speed short shifter, which worked well but it just had some play in it due to the RB25 bushing being a little larger.

Well to my surprise the KA/SR short throw actually had a shorter throw than the Isis. But the smoothness of the isis shifter combined with not missing the occasional shift is far worth the extra throw.

You can pop off the SR/KA bushing and use the correct OEM bushing.

not 100% sure but the RB ball joint that the bushing pops onto looks larger, have you done this?

No, it's the same size. I did it with my KA shifter and put the OEM R33 bushing on it.

OHHHHHHHHHHH YEAAAAAAAAAA! That's the right part number! Ur right, look no further! Called up my Nissan dealership. Gave them the part number. Picked it up 2 dayz later. Got the old bushing off and the new one on. Walked over to the ride and it popped right in. Feels like brand new. Anyone know about where to get new trans shifter springs for the RB GTS trans? Oh and thanx for putting up the thread. Read the topic and instantly clicked on it and with in two dayz....problem solved. Still learning bout the RB. But I'm soak'in up the knowledge. Thanx!
