HOwdy. Glad to see that you found the place alright

Can you check your rear speakers for me. Is there a black "pod" looking thing on the back of each one?

Through the trunk. There may be a carpet divider or something like that. Easily removable

Does it say bose? If so then that's the bose amp.

You can use the speaker wire outputs from each amp to send a signal to the amp(s). Of course you're going to have to use a line level converter.

K then, that's the bose amplifiers, one per speaker.

Do you know if your car has a powered subwoofer stock? If so you'll want to put the LOC on that signal.

Wait, what are we doing here again? Are you installing a sub amp or an amp for the mains, or both?

If it's for the mains then you can install the LOC on the speaker wire that goes from the bose amplifier to the speaker.

Common mod.

I'll be doing the same with my Q soon.

You tap into the low-level leads for the rear speakers for signal, and add a powered sub (or an amp and sub).

Carry on!

Nope, the signal going to the bose amps isn't the same as an RCA signal is. So you can't just slap a LOC on it

YOu want to tap into the high level leads(speaker wire). Much "easier" that way.

Hopefully, this will help you with the wiring:

The '95 Maxima had individual Bose amps on each speaker...
