hey guys / gals....i havent had my coupe for long and i know i posted here tellin you how me and my bro got the same car, same color except my car came with the greddy exhaust. well....im in a bit of a depression. My dad test drove both the 09 wrx and 09 sti.....and he wants me to trade my car in for either one of those or he'll invest in a turbo kit and some exterior parts so my car can be entered in the next HIN. urgghhh i dont know what to do guys!!!! can you guys help me out?!? 09 WRX = 265hp AWD 09 STI = 320hp AWD. and yea i was blown away by those numbers lol

I really don't see the dilemma, if money is not of concern, definitely go for the sti. Its faster, handles better, and will have a lot of parts available. However, its not like the wrx is some pos.

it seems like your dad has alot of money to spend on you, don't get any of them buy a Nissan GTR / Corvette Z06 / Viper .

Look at it this way: do you want originality? If so, the "show car" A/C would be for you.

A stock car that that can reliably produce tons of power? The STI of course.

Why is the WRX even on the list?

3 Altima Coupe turbo's in existance as of right now. hopefully that number will be 20 times that a year from now.

dam you guys....now you're making my decision much harder lol, my dad doesnt want me getting a Z06 or a GT-R. And there's no way in hell he'd let me drive a mitsubishi. my dad is planning on getting a GTR sometime in 09....so im out of luck. I'm going to go test drive the 09 STI later on today after i do some HW. heck i might even ask him if i could keep the A/C since its already paid off. he put down 26,500 cash for the A/C. Hm....tell you the truth of kinda scared of the 09 sti....320hp O_O i might do something stupid lol.

i don't see a dilemma? maybe if it was a car that didn't look like **** then it would be a dilemma..... like if it was the altima coupe or an Evo or a 06-07 STi but the new STi, i'd take a civic over it
