gutting and rear belts?

Ok im stumped. how do u get the rear seat belts out? i cant get the top pivot loose from the c pillar. does the plastic come off and i assume there is a bolt underneath? i cant remove the retractors in the trunk if its still attached on the pillars....anyone done this? the damn things are just dangling back there, banging bare metal-Enzo

I can't find anything in my manual but my other car has a cap that you pry off and then a Torx bolt with an anti slip goo on the threads.

I did mine like 3 years ago - ill have to dig them out to see how they were bolted in and what not, I don't remember.
