Haha thanks. I got such a damn deal on this car... caught it on the tail end of a VERY well done project. I've put another grip of dough into her though just to get reliability for the track.

A few of the new goodies:

Maybe you should start your start your own little band of Jersey misfits and get someone to design a sticker (if car audio escapes your grasp I'm sure computers design is out of the question) that fits your style instead of using someone elses - just a thought. Maybe a copy of the cover of "Origin os Species", and you could call yourselves something like "Darwinism in Action" or "Dying Breed" in preparation for your awesome SOHC powered street drift that launches you into a concrete wall/light pole/tanker truck - whatever. Maybe a name like "The Chappaquiddick 5" (or whatever number fits - and you could all go get smashed on Natty Light and see who's the best driver, extra style points for hanging a Ted Kennedy bobble head from your towhook. Again - just ideas.

Here's one that even in its simplicity seems a bit too polished for your grammar-less soul.

Wow.

You suck at lying, you suck at covering your tracks, you suck at creating a new account, you suck at fooling people into thinking you're 'new'...

Please go suck someplace else. Assclown.

Thanks, Greg! Were you out at the Oct. 4-5 event at PIR by chance?

Haha indeed. I'll add on to this one ( zer...age=1 ) tonight with a bunch of the new photos. I've got a few vids I should post, too. Need to re-shoot some, though, because I forgot to take off the license plate. doh

It's the stock rb26 manifold.

That is a ram intake for the oil cooler. '' It gets fresh air and the pull fan spits the hot air down the cold side of the motor.

You can see the back end of it in the shot with the oil lines coming from the block. The line that "t's" into that is the accusump, coming from the firewall.

That oil cooler setup was the genius of Richard Garcia of Dyno Comp. It stays cool... too cool in fact, if I keep the fans on during normal driving. That's in AZ weather, too. Most of the time I have my other headlight slapped in there. It's only when I track the car that I put that intake on.

Hat's off to them, too. They are the first shop of many I've been to since I've been modding cars that actually kept on-time.

Sadly, no. Getting the G and 240 prepped for a couple events coming up tho... I'll be doing the IOS trackday at F-bird this weekend, just cleaning up some tuning issues with the Pro EFI.

I could use some help getting my track wheels down there, setting up the tent, handing out t-shirts, and scribbling down phone numbers of cute female Infiniti owners.

Be warned that regardless of your exhaust or motor, it is loud. You will hear every little rock that hits the underside of your car, which happens often. Rain splashing in your wheel wells is magnified. You can hear the exhaust gases exiting the pipes. It gets very cold because there's no insulation.

Just fair warning. Like I said, I drive it everyday and I don't mind, but then again I'm a kid and I don't mind not being able to hear anything but my loud motor.
Clean and gutted indeed! I am stumped right now, I really want to pull my carpet out but i do not want the wires exposed on the drivers side to the left of your feet.. how it runs along the bottom near the door sills... what do you do about those wires? I do not want any chance of them getting stepped on or damaged and i would rather not have them exposed what shall i do? what have you all done?!

That bunch of wires is usually, well not usually but Always covered with a wierd plastic casing that is supossed to protect that harness and keep it from moving around. If you really wanted to "protect" the wires, I wold run that harness inside some kind of small diameter PVC piping or something alike. Or just tape the hell out of that harness and loom it! Idk

I tried to run all of those wires inside that part under the door panel, but it doesn't connect to the rest of the Quarter Panel.

So instead I just ran them into that hole where the seatbelts bolt into. Oh well. It doesn't bug me too much, event though out of that cluster of wires, I really only need a select few (taillights)

Well I mean I have my trunk gutted (only the carpet) because I have holes in my hatch and it rained a lot last weekend so everything in my trunk got wet so I decided to throw away the carpet since it was soaked... I took out my back seats because I hate it when people ask you for rides and you don't even know them...

Guys you barely know: "Ey man give us all a ride"Me: "Sorry I don't have back seats"

the trunk reason is a decent one, i suppose. i ran my black coupe with nothing in the trunk since i just didnt need any of it.

as for the back seats, you could just man up and tell the people off when they try to bum a ride.

or you can be 6'3 (like myself) and deny anyone a seat since theres no way im scooting up to let people sit comfortably.

ive always had a rear seat, but once i installed my coilovers it was bye-bye to backseaters.

yep yep! i took the seatbelts out of the rear. BUT i kept the seats in. my interior is in too nice of a shape to gut it. but i never drive people around so the seatbelts said bye bye!

looks much cleaner that way anyway
