Haha thanks. I got such a damn deal on this car... caught it on the tail end of a VERY well done project. I've put another grip of dough into her though just to get reliability for the track.xdarkrune wrote:holy **** what a beastly car, more pics mattblancarte! this thread needs to be redeemed
Maybe you should start your start your own little band of Jersey misfits and get someone to design a sticker (if car audio escapes your grasp I'm sure computers design is out of the question) that fits your style instead of using someone elses - just a thought. Maybe a copy of the cover of "Origin os Species", and you could call yourselves something like "Darwinism in Action" or "Dying Breed" in preparation for your awesome SOHC powered street drift that launches you into a concrete wall/light pole/tanker truck - whatever. Maybe a name like "The Chappaquiddick 5" (or whatever number fits - and you could all go get smashed on Natty Light and see who's the best driver, extra style points for hanging a Ted Kennedy bobble head from your towhook. Again - just ideas.ka24depignosecoupe wrote:o.k here is my delema, after three failed atempts of doing audio in my s13 i gave up a said fu*k it!!!!!!!!i'm not into audio anyway!!!

It's the stock rb26 manifold.Kalypso123 wrote:what type of Intake manifold is that. ?
wait ... but here's my real question. if the intake for your turbo, is on the right with those two K&N filters.what does this metal suction box do...
Sadly, no. Getting the G and 240 prepped for a couple events coming up tho... I'll be doing the IOS trackday at F-bird this weekend, just cleaning up some tuning issues with the Pro EFI.mattblancarte wrote:

My god, your car is so sexy. I wouldn't mind daily driving that even in the heart of winter...mattblancarte wrote:Nice! I've only driven firebird west... but that was tons of fun. From what I've seen on youtube, main and east are just as awesome.
Please tell me more about this trackday you speak of.AZhitman wrote:I'll be doing the IOS trackday at F-bird this weekend

Clean and gutted indeed! I am stumped right now, I really want to pull my carpet out but i do not want the wires exposed on the drivers side to the left of your feet.. how it runs along the bottom near the door sills... what do you do about those wires? I do not want any chance of them getting stepped on or damaged and i would rather not have them exposed what shall i do? what have you all done?!S13Teddy wrote:Kind of old pics, but the car is mostly the same. I drive it everyday, with an open downpipe SR.
Be warned that regardless of your exhaust or motor, it is loud. You will hear every little rock that hits the underside of your car, which happens often. Rain splashing in your wheel wells is magnified. You can hear the exhaust gases exiting the pipes. It gets very cold because there's no insulation.
Just fair warning. Like I said, I drive it everyday and I don't mind, but then again I'm a kid and I don't mind not being able to hear anything but my loud motor.
That bunch of wires is usually, well not usually but Always covered with a wierd plastic casing that is supossed to protect that harness and keep it from moving around. If you really wanted to "protect" the wires, I wold run that harness inside some kind of small diameter PVC piping or something alike. Or just tape the hell out of that harness and loom it! IdkOM3GA wrote:Cmon please answer me someone!
I tried to run all of those wires inside that part under the door panel, but it doesn't connect to the rest of the Quarter Panel.OM3GA wrote:Cmon please answer me someone!

I may say dumb **** like most of the people our age but i own up to my ****. Just admit ur a fanboy...STOP being one . work on perfromane BEFORE ****IN BODYWORK and do **** the right wayka24depignosecoupe wrote:
o.k dude what the f*ck is your problem? did you wake up PMS'ing this morning?i don't give 2 $hits what you think about my car! i am no a poser and me and my friends did not jump on the 240sx bandwagon because we got tired of our civics. are 240's are the first cars we have ever owned.and as far as saying my car is stock ,it's not if you have noticed those pics were taken about 6 months ago. and as far a the ka24de-t i am doing the build up right know since my car is getting some body work done. but realy you need to go and craw under the rock you came from and stop acting like you are better than everyone else
Well I mean I have my trunk gutted (only the carpet) because I have holes in my hatch and it rained a lot last weekend so everything in my trunk got wet so I decided to throw away the carpet since it was soaked... I took out my back seats because I hate it when people ask you for rides and you don't even know them...tramp_drift240 wrote:especially if its a stock car thats gutted for no apparent reason.
