gushing sound...

ok so now I have this loud gushing sound in the drivers side of my car when Im in the freeway. Its very f**king loud! it wasnt there b4 so what could it be?

Sound like something is putting up some wind resistance but I havent done anything to my car to cause this... I will look under the car tomorrow morning to make sure nothign is hanging down.

but meanwhile... please bless me with your opinions of what this might be.

is it a rattling? im not too sure what "gushing" sounds like... i know what a gushing cut looks like... but not how it sounds. Check the plastic surrounding the wheel well on the underneath. If its rattling its your heat sheild... mine rattles on the interstate.

ohh yeah... my heatshield was rattling lately so maybe the thing is hanging down and that might be what is causing this sound.
