Gurgling sound from engine

So we're taking a bit of a look at the A/C, even though it's missing both a belt and fuse right now. Something we discovered that we hadn't been able to hear before, was that there is a "gurgling" noise coming from the engine bay at the rear passenger corner or nearby, but only when the A/C is turned off. With the A/C on, there's no noise from that area at all.

Any suggestions? I searched for 'Gurgling' and got information about the AIV, but my understanding is that only the TT's got those installed.

not sure if the n/a got the aiv but thats what ti sounds like, it's on bith sides, if oyu have it you have a metal tube coming fomr each fender into the exhaust bewteen the cats
