I've used STP fuel treatment once or twice in my Rogue. I am at 10300 miles and wondering if I need to use something like Gumout All-In-One Fuel System Cleaner for it for normal maintenance. Has anyone else used this product or another one like it, and did you see any difference in the Rogue's behavior? Should you see a difference?

That's actually a good question, if anyone has any solid data on the need for using these types of products, and their effectiveness I'd be interested to see it. I'm sure we'd get about a million opionions for and against the use of this stuff, but I'd like to know if there is any "expert" source based on some solid data to draw some conclusions. These additives have never been recommended by the manufacturer's maintenance schedule and I've never heard of the dealer recommending them.....

Nissan released a bulletin several years ago , although not applicable to newer vehicles I still follow it. Here it is in a nutshell:

The inside of the fuel injector contains a coil of wire which actuates the needle valve at the tip of the injector. It's fully immersed in the fuel to keep in cool. Some fuel system cleaners contain very strong solvents that can actually corrode this wiring and cause failure of the injector.

IMHO, I would stay away from fuel injector cleaners and fuel system additives.
