I want to replace foggy headlight but I don't know what to remove first. All tight in there.
Any suggest please.

Have you tried polishing/refinishing the outer lens? You may not have to remove it at all.

You need to remove the wheel well covers then the grille followed by the front bumper to get the headlights out of the car and say into an oven to replace the lens. The FAQ and FSM on this forum should have your general steps.
