Guide to NA power?

Guys, Ive spent the last 20 minutes searching the forums, and hour or so searching google for a guide that tells what gives how much power on a KA.. I know there has to be one somewhere.. right? Im simply trying to figure our how much power I can get from a KA24E NA, and compare that money to the price of turboing... My interests are:

ITBs (Off a gixxer maybe?)CamHigh Comp Pistons (maybe off a Ka24DE)Underdrive Pulley

Just as a start.
