Some of you probably won't remember me. I had a KA-T, had some weird electrical problems and basically gave up on it. Well, I got it running about 75% now.

Still needs a tonload of work (mainly switching out all the wiring and possibly changing to MegaSquirt) but damn I missed this car.

Woah man welcome back! I remember watching your videos maybe a year ago, drooling over the KA-T sounds while mine was nearing completion. Awesome to have you back man, we've been in need of some positive members with actual running KA-Ts lately haha... it seems many of ours have been kicking the bucket all at once .

Thanks for the warm welcome. Sorry to hear about the recent loss of some motors. That sucks.

I don't know if it'll help but I've always just run my KA super-rich at WOT, like 10.5:1 and I've run upto 17psi with no detonation whatsoever, and never had any mechanical failures.

Before my long trip from SC to AL, I edited my emanage fuel table and was able to get 33.6mph from my KA-T and I was going 85-95mph the whole way. Crazy huh?

good to see u back. man i think u were one of the few which inspired me to go KA-T in the first place without worrying about high mileage or a stock engine. lol. as structure said, u got ALOT to catch up on. just start from page one and read till ur eyes get red lol. its good to have another running KA-T.
