gauge Cluster Not Lighting up

I already looked through all the forums and still can't fix it. I'm fairly good with electrical.

Promblem: blew a turn signal fuse and the gauge cluster lights and tail lamps didnt work.

Solution: replaced the fuse and everything worked again except for the gauge cluster.

second problem: gauge cluster still doesn't light up

Thoughts: I have a late model 240sx so I don't think I have a tcm

I have no radio so there is a bunch of loose wires but there all capped off.

Any Suggestions?

recheck all wires and double check all inside fuses. CHeck the wires a few inches back making sure none have a rogue wire sticking out.
