are these injectors sidefeed? would it even be worth it to upgrade to these and get a ecu tune? i can't afford a new turbo so i'm planning on just running the t25 with bigger injectors, maf, and a tune...ofcourse more boost haha...any suggestions? i'm trying to maximize the power and reliability of my setup right now

if you stay in the "efficiency" range of the t25 you dont need to upgrade anything. the injectors, mafs, and turbo run out of steam all about at the same time. which is about 15psi, MAX. anymore boost than that that turbo is blowing nothing but hot air. all you need is a boost controller and a good tune. and if your still running the old fuel pump get a new wallbro, it wont increase the fuel pressure but the volume of fuel getting to the injectors, and is always a good idea on an older turbo car.

oh and no those injectors would be top feed.

well i talked it over with a few other people and you're right. i don't need to upgrade anything right now as i'm running about 14.5 psi on stock turbo, maf, and injectors.

by the way, there's no reason to get a "tune" because all i've changed is boost pressure. the ecu doesn't even use boost as a variable in it's duties. if i change injectors or maf i'd have to tune it for the added upgrades.

my plan is to get a gti-r turbo, bigger injectors, z32 maf, tuned ecu and run about 300whp...that should get me in the mid 12's hopefully

i was just saying, a good tune would help it that much more, the stock timing and injector maps are horrable when your running that much boost.you goal is very close to mine, mid to low 12's on the track. maybe a little faster I've got everything except bigger injectors, im running a greddy td-05 18g at 14psi, emange blue, & q45 maf. the thing i like about that greddy turbo it dosent reach peak effenecy untill 25psi and is rated at 400 crank hp by greddy for the SR, so i have a whole lot of headroom for more power.
