GTR Headlight Overlays?

So I have now purchased 3 pairs of Blue bats Headlight GTR OVERLAYS. THe first pair I installed and did a rookie mistake by not covering up the squeege/credit card and scratched them up. So I tore those off and off to the next ones. The second pair turned out excellent. The only thing is I wanted them darker. So I put on one more pair over the first ones and they look great except I used soapy water and did my best to make sure all moisture was out. But after they dried for like 10 min in the sun it looks like they still have a bit of moisture under there.

Does this evaporate? Any fixes? Anyone have this same issue?

if there are small air bubbles poke them with a needle. Once they get some time out in the hot sun a lot of times they will just evaporate out and the surface will be smooth.
