If you go through with this, it's much more complicated than just replacing the door assembly with the R35 assembly. You would need everything from the r35, down to the latch. There would be a lot of custom wiring needing to be done in order to get the keyless entry done right, and even the door jamb side of the door would need extensive work to close properly. Custom weatherstripping to boot, I'm assuming.
With time and patience, and the proper tools, you could do It. The immediate problem I see is that the right side of the R35 door handle is at a different angle from the z32 door. It would need an addition made to the r35 door handle mounting plate to accomodate (or mount at an angle that matches the angle on the r35 handle, which would look weird.)
Get an extra set of doors, I have a feeling it wouldn't go right the first time you try to measure everything and cut precisely the space needed to accomodate this handle in the z32 door jamb frame.
