So tonight I went to the 2011 Car show. I did a write up about it as usual with lots of nice pics and stories.

But my question is now, WTF NISSAN!? The "Black Edition" doesn't seem that nice to me. I didn't like the wheels, I didn't understand why it was BLUE and not BLACK?

The car is pretty nice. I know I'm nit-picking here, but honestly, isn't it supposed to be black? And have the same rims by Rays as the usual GTR does? I really like those rims! These ones are filth. What's your guys thoughts?

Looks like it was a great show. WTF was that yellow car at the end? A Mosler or something?

Am I the only one that wishes Nissan would just cut to the chase, and dress the GT-R powertrain and chassis in Infiniti Essence clothing and go for the throats of Ferrari and Aston Martin? Enough with the weird a** random egoist and black edition packages. Someone buying a performance car like that will buy their own black wheels. Don't even get me started on the pink interior bs.

Eh. I think they already did without needing the Essence.

I don't. As much as a fanboy of Nissan that I am, they only got them from the performance aspect of things. The GT-R looks good in its own right, but is not even close to the class of Ferrari or Aston Martin when it comes to aesthetics, inside or outside of the car. I'd like to see a total package exotic car along the lines of a DBS from Nissan.
