Alright guys have a question im runing the HD stage 3 ecu chip and its tuned for 444cc injectors and good for 280-300 whp. My question is this, I saw a flow chart from GTR injectors and they are

#1- 401 cc - 38.2 lbs

#2- 393 cc - 37.4 lbs

#3- 393 cc - 37.4 lbs

#4- 391 cc- 37.2 lbs

Now if GTR injectors are 444cc are they not suppose to flow near that? Not like 40-53 cc off of what they are rated. And then when I think about it can a 400 cc injector even get you to 300whp almost? I checked a injector calculator and it states that for 300whp with 4 injectors you need a min of 437.5 cc at 90% duty cycle and 414 at 95% duty cycle so whats off is are the injectors that were flow tested not putting out their normal amount of cc's or is the injector chart wrong or is it GTR injectors don't flow at 444cc? The thing is my ecu chip is for GTR injectors and I can't run bigger or less without some issues... Any adivce would help and no telling me NOT to run a chip won't help!

Get an SAFCII?

Those flow numbers suck. 38lb/hr is only 399cc/min. Are you sure you tested some GTR injectors?

Oh, and 444s will not support 300whp without sky high fuel pressure. You should be running 550s (good 550s, none of that same crap you got tested) at least for that power output.

Were they ONLY tested or cleaned then tested? (as in ultrasonically, professionally cleaned).

What if you got some cheap Evo 9 560's and turned the fuel pressure down (Nismo Adj. FPR or Sard) to the equivalent of 444cc? (per the injector calculator)

hey R34 but if I get a SAFCII and run 550s with the tune for 444's wont it be kinda crappy tune or no?

I like that idea. My EVO 550s tested out around 600 too. Extra room is nice.

flow number depends on what pressure they were tested at? call ask what pressure they were tested at if not stock calculate change from there to stock and recalculate there flow rate.

AFAIK, ALL injectors flow rates are at 46psi of fuel pressure. Yours are low enough though that even the extra 10psi wouldn't get you to 440's.

IDK WTF is up with those injectors.
