knocks and ticks during 1st start up of day. The engine quiets down after nice and warm. Do you guys think these are normal sounds?

Honestly sounds like lifter tick and and injector noise to me. It got quieter over the course of it running in a 1 and a half minute video. Nissan uses hydraulic lifters, and after sitting overnight, they can drain. You don't really have any worries, as long as you don't rag on it while it's ticking.
