So who is up for some racing in GTA4? I'm a big fan of the motor cycle races, once you start getting the hang of them they are good fun. I just got finished with a 12 man motor cycle race and I took first place by 4 seconds

I need some competition, COME ON NICO!

I'd race you but I only have a 360. I'm always up for some motorcyle races.

I think its picking up in popularity some...because for a bit I couldn't get anyone to stay, now I have been in some decent sized races.

Terminal Velocity is my favorite, but its basically flat out with a few bumps. The right hander near the end will screw you over if you forget it though.

I don't know the tracks by name, but I think I know the one you're talking about. It's a lot of fun, especially with traffic (adds some challenge and unpredictability without ruining the high-speed aspect).

Brucie takes the cake for most annoying video game character ever. And that's quite a feat, considering the competition.

You obviously haven't met Manny of "ThA sTr3eTz" yet lol. IMO, Brucie and his steroid abuse is pretty funny haha.

I found it once long ago...this most recent time I stopped and pulled up the map and made sure to take note

Its nice though its still there in multiplayer...lately I have just been making free roam with no traffic, heading over there picking up a bike and going to town. One guy today actually got on my bike so I took him there and got him one and we rode around for a bit.

Good game man, to be honest you were better at the bike racing then most... I have only found a couple people who could put up a real good fight start to end... but its fun as hell when you get it down.

Dunno how much of this you know:

At the start, or any time you are trying to accelerate hard but don't have the traction do a small wheely... just make sure to keep it under control....

On high speed sections try and lean forward. You can lean all the way forward if you are already going really fast and if its really flat, but little bumps will wreck you. Usually its like 3/4 forward on straights.

You can always turn the bike in by leaning forward, At full speed you can lean all the way forward, then roll the stick to the side while on the gas and you will turn completely sideways... If you are ever going to crash head on into a barrier do this and you will not fall off your bike.

lean forward a small amount if you cant quite make the turn to oversteer, scrub off some speed and get turned in enough

lean back when you start to lose control.

Some times, especially on long straight aways that have a 90 deg. turn at the end its best to just stop short and take the turn semi slow. Still way faster then missing it and almost EVERYONE will overshoot.... its pretty much guaranteed, that's why I try not to choose tracks with sharp turns.

You only took me on that one start because I was writing a message :P

maybe next time we can get some others in on it... Those motorcycles are pretty much all I do in that game anymore.

You did kick my *** at the boxing... I only won one **** those guys who were too stupid to see we were fighting and leave us be
