So i went in to take care of the fuel filler line recall, at 401-dixie infiniti. I got quotes for things I plan to do soon

Weatherstripping is $144 CDN each

The timing belt, drive belts, water pump is $1350 CDN

both do not include tax

yeah it does but when it comes to engine workings...i leave it to the pros. One thing you americans need to realize is everything costs way more here...rims, cars, labour, parts, women, smokes, booze, taxes, welcome to canada, eh.

I presume the weatherstripping you mentioned are the strips along the outside bottom of each side window (on the doors). There's four of them.If that's it, then I would check courtesyparts.com. I changed mine 2 years ago, and they are a lot cheaper than CDN dealer prices. The only catch would be shipping. I had mine shipped to a friend in Virginia.I was going there for a visit anyway, so I picked them up there and brought them home.Good luck.

I've sourced it from the site, here are the links:

Front Driver (LH)http://www.courtesyparts.com/8....html

Front Passenger (RH)http://www.courtesyparts.com/8....html

Rear LHhttp://www.courtesyparts.com/8....html

Rear RHhttp://www.courtesyparts.com/8....html

Price is about $50 cheaper than Canadian dealers. I'd like to get the 2 rear ones as mine is rusted real bad.

Hey Qxxx4, if you planning to buy some, you wanna split the shipping cost? I'm up for buying the 2 rears.

yeah the whole set with shipping is $460 cdn, plus brokerage..no idea how much itll be. But the dealer is $144 PLUS TAX each so i think id rather order from courtesy parts.

anybody got a % for brokerage fees/customs or is it a random number...

Mickey, id have no problem ordering your set with mine it only adds $2 to shipping so maybe you can help me out with brokerage a little or something lol

Anybody have pics/instructions to install these buggers? or will they come with instructions

Instructions?? Real men don't need no stinkin' instructions. LOL.But for you, I'll give you some.Rip off the old ones with a straight bladed screwdriver, then push/snap on the new ones. Simple.
