This is an awesome glitch. It will launch any vehicle or even on-foot player huge distances at high speed. It's awesome.

It's located at the corner of Mohegan Avenue in southeastern Broker (see the map below). There's a courtyard on the north side of a housing project building. The courtyard has a park with two swing sets. The swing sets are the catapults. The courtyard has entrances wide enough for cars. The only car I haven't been able to fit is the bus due to it's length, and it even made it almost all the way.Anyway, once you have your vehicle of choice, drive into the courtyard and approach a swing set. I've gotten the best results from the northern one. Both work. When you approach, you'll see that the swing sets are...broken. They look like they were installed way too tight and have some tension to release. They'll make popping and cracking noises and kick up clouds of dirt. Good...that's what'll launch you.Drive or walk up to one of the legs of the swing set. No need to go fast or ram, just come to a rest against the leg. Now just wait...it'll happen if you did it right. With a bike, you'll want to apply a TINY bit of throttle to maintain contact with the swing. You can drive up the swing and it'll still work--sometimes that's easier.

I've been launched as far as the west side of Outlook Park doing this.Every time is different. On foot, sometimes you die right away, other times you come away without a scratch, others in between. Most of the time cars won't survive more than 1 or 2 launches...and you'll see some SEVERELY hammered cars doing this. The height, distance, and speed the swings impart are incredible.

And of course this is even more fun in multiplayer, where you can watch from multiple viewpoints.

Here's the map to help find it:

And here's the video where I first came across it. I recommend you DON'T watch it first, though, as the first launch will be that much more entertaining if you don't know what to expect.

That's pretty cool. It's a little hard to get it just right though. Whenever I hit the swings head on Niko always got ejected from the car =/

Weird...I've actually NEVER had that happen.I also started pulling up to the swings backward. Seems to keep the car alive a lot longer (not necessarily drivable...but still running).

After some more screwing around, it seems like it works better if you ram into it REALLY hard once to get it "primed" before you start using it.

In multiplayer, a friend of mine had a car almost "in position" but close to exploding. It started on fire after he got out, so I pulled up behind it with another car, pushed it into position, and was about to back up when it exploded and launched at the same time. My car caught on fire and progressed pretty far toward exploding, so I pulled IT into position, bailed, and then it launched and AWESOMELY exploded in the air.

No PC version. I'm doing it on the 360 version, though.

There are lots of dice in the PS3 version, I have done it myself.

I've tried to use a Helicopter for it. There's just not enough room. You can't land carefully enough due to all the tall things around there. Takes too long to get a chopper there and then it just crashes before you can get it into position, so I gave up trying.

If you didn't download a patch, then its not fixed (No they didn't to my knowlage) Your doing it wrong.

This does not work very well on motorcycles.

agreed, my favorite vehicles are at the airport. Te airplane tug is a challenge to get in, but you can do it, and its more then worth it. but my all time fav is the baggage carrier haha hysterical
