I don't know if anyone here is a member of the GTPlanet forums, but right now they're running a time attack on Suzuka with the Gran Turismo Concept Tuned Z06. I was just checking to see if anyone here was interested in doing our own time attack. For the first we can use the same set up as them:

* Mode: Online Event :Expert Class: 800PP > Free Run * Game Spec: SpecIII * Physics: Professional * Track: Suzuka * Make: Concept by Gran Turismo * Model: Corvette Z06 Tuned (car can be tuned to your liking, as long as the PP stays under 800) * Laps: Hotlap in online Free Run

Post your T1 and T2 splits here. No discussing full lap times. Lap time submissions must be emailed to me after 12:00 Noon on Saturday and before 12:00 EST Midnight on Saturday Night.

So in this thread discuss T1 and T2 splits, along with tuning if you'd like.

If you save your replay of your best lap, you can go back and watch it to get your T1 and T2 times.

I hope people will be interesting, I think it would be fun.

do you have an apple airport extreme wireless unit? (apple wifi base) its probably something with your UPnP settings, cause mine was doing the same thing till i updated the router software. i just started playing online, and it is f***ing sick.

Sorry i havent posted. T1 and T2 splits would be like, when youre on Suzuka right after turn 9, it pops up with your time, around 50ish or so, and the T2 is somewhere before 130R i believe. I'm still down for this if anyones interested. And yeah youd have to buy the GT tuned Z06. definitely worth the scratch, its a fantastic car. Also, you can tune yours how you'd like, so long as youre under 800PP.

It makes a huge difference. Way more fun i think. I've got some school work to do, I'll try to post my T1 and T2 times by tonight. If for some reason i dont, they'll be up tomorrow night for sure.

it has 900 degrees of rotation let me know if you are interested....playing GT5 with a sixaxis should be a sin
