maybe because on the first day that you played it, it was nighttime, then when you played it with the wheel it was daytime.. lol seriously though which wheel do you have? is it the G25 (the $299 one)?gniknave wrote:I have it. If you don't have the wheel, GET THE WHEEL. I'm talking about the official Logitech one. I played the first day without the wheel, and today with it and the difference is night and day.
Wait, what!? You can't mod the cars? No exhaust, suspension, sticky tires, ect..? Hmm...I don't know if I want the game any more.Morph wrote:I got it. Game is ****in amazing, best racer I have ever played. I was a lil put off at the fact you can't mod the cars but screw it, I need all the money I can save if i wanna get the F1
And the wheel is a yes for some cars, I just got the F430 and omfg need a pedal. I dont kno if its just me but with the X button its either on or off no middle ground, so till i get the steering wheel traction control for me with that car.
Im sure it will as long as the car has a 6th speed.OldmanPurdy wrote:Does anyone know if the game supports all the features of the G25 steering wheel? (clutch and 6speed?)
So how do you up the HP, upgrade tires, suspension ect? If they took away the stage 2 turbo and race exhaust (excellent HP mods for the money) I'm not gunna be happy!s13jus10 wrote:actually, there are no aftermarket performance upgrades in Prologue. you can still tune gear ratios, ride-height, weight-removal, etc... just nothing aftermarket to throw on.
Yes it supports that wheel.OldmanPurdy wrote:Does anyone know if the game supports all the features of the G25 steering wheel? (clutch and 6speed?)
It wasn't a nightmare with the controller, but the steering wheel just completes the game. You feel like you're really driving with it. Online you can tell who has the wheel and who's using the controller because the controller people have a slight jerking of their cars when cornering. The only thing I don't like so far is that people online can't drive for iiish! They bang you into the wall and cause all the good drivers to crash or go through the grass (which is a shortcut penalty). But you can earn good money quickly on this game. I've only played it a total of 1 hour but I already have an '07 GT-R. I still haven't completed my C license yet howevers13jus10 wrote:maybe because on the first day that you played it, it was nighttime, then when you played it with the wheel it was daytime.. lol seriously though which wheel do you have? is it the G25 (the $299 one)?
They had to leave something for the full GT5 when it comes out. I'd also be willing to bet that graphic mods like in Forza would be in the future as well.s13jus10 wrote:actually, there are no aftermarket performance upgrades in Prologue. you can still tune gear ratios, ride-height, weight-removal, etc... just nothing aftermarket to throw on.
Oh, I was thinking they left it out in GT5 the full game. If it'll be back, then I'll get it.gniknave wrote:They had to leave something for the full GT5 when it comes out. I'd also be willing to bet that graphic mods like in Forza would be in the future as well
Looney, don't let the limited modding keep you from buying the game. You need to get it regardless.
lol that would suck. no, they left out the aftermarket stuff until the full game comes out.Looneybomber wrote:

I doubt thats true since even PS2 had a pressure sensitive x button, but just re-map gas and brake to L2+R2, thats what I did. (or use the right analog)Morph wrote:And the wheel is a yes for some cars, I just got the F430 and omfg need a pedal.
