im haveing problems with the way my motor sets in the car.... the motor itsself is leaning to far to the driverside and is causing my turbo to get into my master cylinder... but my transmission is too far to the passenger side.... like 1st is were 3rd usually is?? i have a s13 ka24DE with a sohc trannny so i cant just tilt the motor towards the passenger side or the transmission will bee rotated too much?...i removed the turbo and now the motor transmission is good but the turbo is still getting into my master cylinder

yep what he said.
or even get replacement oem engine mounts and transmission mount
or nismos
it could be because your mounts are too saggy/floppy?

Some of the cast iron manifolds only allow you to use on center housings. What manifold do have?

+1 on motor mounts. It shouldn't sit like that.

I just did a motor swap and on the old motor the driver side mount basically was broken in half. They are getting old now.

Get some nismo engine/trans. mounts! There not too expensive (less than $200) and stiffer than stock.
