gt30r help

hey i'm pretty new to this forum and i want to ask for advice on the gt30r set up. i want 400-500 hp but iwant to use the gt30r or possibly the 3071 when i get down to doing this i will spend the money. i plan on the full race manifold but what else should i do. i'm basically asking for advice on parts cams, valvetrain, bottom end ,and things here and there. i plan on learning how to drift and go to the strip once in a while.
