Search. Covered twice in the past three months. Look for lucky7's thread.

Oh in that case, you need a 1/4" flange to space the turbo out away from the valve cover. This requires longer turbo flange studs and an extra gasket.

Yeah a simple 1/4 to 1/2'' spacer and some longer studs will work. I fit a Precision SC61 on my stock manifold with a 1/2'' spacer and some longer studs.

I am pretty sure he only has his stock turbo pic in there. I'm not sure if he has updated it in that thread or not.

Hope this helps you out.Let me know if you have more questions.

I bought my turbo from horsepowerinabox.com . It's the aftermarket turbine housing with the same bolt pattern as the stock turbo.

Thanks for the pics. You buy the turbo from horsepowerinabox.com for a real bolt-on solution , but the turbo is very expensive there ( more than U$2000 ) , anyway, I will get a gt3076r with internal waste-gate , with t3 inlet flange, and 5 bolts outlet flange , I will make a new dump pipe because the stock one is very close to my steering column and is hitting it.Do you have the .63 or .82 turbine A/R ?????

i have my FPR. my injectors are on the way. and my car is going into the shop for turbo install and tune in late april/early may. i decided on a 3071R with .82 a/r housing. should be in the low 400's and VERY streetable.

$2,000+ ?? Yikes! I paid $1,500, which is a lot of money too, but not quite that high. I suppose the exchange rate is screwing you right now.

The turbine that he supplies is custom, so it's not the standard A/R of other Garrett turbo's. I forget what it is now, and I sent an email to Morrie to get the right answer for you.

I use this turbo in conjuction with the Syko O2 houseing and cheap Megan SR20 downpipe. It works great with lots of steering clearance.

I LOVE this turbo though.

That is way too much to pay for that turbo! You can get it for $1250 at ATPturbo. I thought Bwana could get ahold of Garrett turbos for a good price too. Isn't he affiliated with a NICO sponsor somehow??

I ran into you last year, and this year Darius is gonna be there too.

Yes I remember. Brought your s14.5 up on our cruise down here. I will be out with my car hopefully by then, so I will enjoy meeting you again and Darius as well. Should have my other buddies RB25 S13 out and hopefully I can get my other buddy to bring out his fully built 611whp SR S13 this year.

Hmmmmmmmmm , a little small for a 2.5 engine , you would have full boost around 3600-3700 rpm, with that A/R. I will choose a .82 A/R , and hope to have full boost around 4000 rpm.
