GT28RS install do I need a restrictor?

I am installing a GT28RS on to my s13 redtop sr20det. I was wondering if I need any kind of oil restrictor? I am using my stock t25 lines.

No, all ball bearing turbo's come with a .060" restrictor from garret, so no need for a restrictor.

What do you think about the cheap ebay knock offs? made in china crap I heard they work but I was wondering if they came with a restrictor also..?
