helloi just installed a 2871r turbo on my s14 sr20, now my question is, when i put the wg actutor back in, is supposed to be with the wastegate open semiopen or completely closed?

and when is the wastegate supposed to open?

WG completly close it should be a little hard to put the shaft on the WG flap thats how I did mine with no problems.

Yup, the tighter the actuator arm is, the higher the boost will be. Fully tightened is .9 Bar which is what i run.
