my stock t25 blew so i ordered a gt2871r. but the thing is the compressor outlet is pointing right at the headers. so there would be no way to have piping work. what it looks like i need to do is rotate the compressor housing... but my question is will i need to bring the turbo into a shop to get it balanced after i rotate it or will it be fine? is there any problem you guys can think of with rotating it?

i have to have this done in about a week because i'm takin off for school, so im screwed for time

No don't worry you wont have to rebalance it,only time you need to is if you remove the compressor wheel. The compressor wheel doesnt even touch the compressor housing so dont worry,ya might need some snap ring pliers if it has a big snap ring holding the housing on,but it being a garrett they always just have tabs with bolts holding it on I have always seen,so just loosen the bolts holding the tabs on and turn it,be careful although there should be a big O-ring behind it so you don't want to damage or tear that at all so make sure you don't like drag the housing against that O-ring when you turn the it.
