I recently bolted on these mods to my S13 SR20DET Blacktop

-Garrett GT2871.R -Taka bottom mount turbo lines-Z32 MAF-Polished Intake Manifold -Denso 850cc injectors-Enthalpy ROM tune ECU (tuned to all mods above)

Heres What I already had done

-Greddy FMIC-Greddy BOV-3in full exhaust

When everything was bolted on, we went to start it and it just cranked. It felt like it really wanted to turn over, but after a few tries it just continued cranking. We changed the spark plugs to see if that was the problem, but that just made the cranking sound a bit better. We thought it might be the injector caps, so we removed them and then just wired them on straight to ensure they were touching the injectors themselves, that however, also did nothing. We continued to think it was a fuel problem so we made sure the injectors were spraying, and they were all intermittently. We re-wired the MAF to make sure that was wired in right, and even pluged in the old ECU to see if that would do anything, but both did nothing. We though with all the fuel stuff being messed around with that the engine might be flodded, so we let it sit overnight, and the next morning it sounded like it was just about to turn over, but then didn't and every other try after that it just cranked.

I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with setup I have listed above, and if they had similar problems, or might know something else to check, or even a way to fix it. Any help would be awesome. :bowdow

for any reason, did you remove or adjust you crank angle sensor?

No

Also, forgot to add, I had a Apex'I SAFCII wired into my ecu lines, but didnt remove them when I installed the new ECU. I set all the fuel curves to +/-0 and it didnt do anything when I unplugged it. dont think that would do much but just adding to the list.

You said it had fuel so youre gonna have to check and see if you're getting spark. Pull one plug and coil at a time, ground it to the head or vc, and watch it as a buddy cranks

Have spark, and injectors are spraying intermittently when I crank. Still nothing. Could this be a problem with the intake manifold & vacuum lines? Thought it might be the MAF so we unplugged it, didn't do anything different. Don't think it could be that the SAFC is still spliced into all the ECU wires, going to unwire it all tomorrow if nothing else works. any other suggestions. Thanks for all the previous help.

Raw fuel is leakibng out from where the Ex. manifold meets the top of the turbo. Car starts but just "putts" and leaks the fuel. Any Ideas?

have you checked your coil packs for cracks? i kinda think it would still run even if the coils were grounding. but maybe
