hey I really didn't want to post a new topic asking questions about a/c but i searched for 30 min on nico and google and i didn't find the answer i was looking for.

Dose anyone know if ill be able to keep a/c if i upgrade my turbo to gt2871r with megan exhaust manifold? I have a real rhd silvia k So the two a/c line that hooks up to the firewall runs on the same side as the turbo.

if i cant run the gt2871r with a/c dose anyone know if the gt28rs will work?

You should not have a problem. You should have some form of a thermal barrier on the turbine wheel (Turbo Blanket from DEI works great) and possibly a fabric heat shield on all lines within 16in of the exhaust manifold or turbine due to radiant heat.

You have to have custom AC lines to have AC on the stock turbo...

well he's got a jdm car...I don't. I'm assuming their cars come with the right isht and work without custom lines.
