The turbo should come with the right oil restrictor. Is the oil coming from the intake of the compressor or just after in the hot pipe? If it's in the intake before the air get's to the turbo, the oil might be coming from the valve cover vent( the T that goes from the valve cover to the air intake). Was this a new turbo? When the turbo seals go bad, it leaks oil pumping it threw the hot pipe-intercooler-cold pipe then into the motor. If the restrictor is too big for the turbo it could over-oil the turbo causing that kind of problem. The restrictor's are turbo specific. Clocking the turbo only helps fitting the turbo.

I think the oil is coming in from the T on your valve cover. Do you have a catch can? If not you are getting blow by in your inlet tube and it is getting into your compressor on your turbo.

Do you have crank case vent line recirculated into your air intake tube going to your turbo? If you do, you need a catch can in that line to "catch" the oil that is getting in your inlet pipe and your turbo. Here is a link to the cleanest S14 SR in the US IMO. zer...age=4 Check out his oil lines.

if that line to the left is circulated into your intake pipe for your turbo..then thats where the oil is coming from..its common to see oil in the intake pipe and some in your Hotpipe. cause as air is getting sucked in by the turbo it is also sucking vacuum out of the valve cover that had oil flying all over the place .
