i read it's the same and you just need a 90 degree silicone hose to connect to the hot pipe

I was just scrolling through some of the posts on the 2871R and noticed that you had asked about the hot pipe connection. You will need the aluminum bend with silicone couplers to attach the original hot pipe for the t25 to your 2871R. JGY customs sells this for 50.00 with the couplers and hose clamps.

You will also need a custom intake if you choose the 3" inlet (E compressor housing cover)

Just thought this info might help.

Oh, you will also need to make sure that you get a wastegate for the T28 series of turbos (straight arm, no bends).

Some vendors include a wastegate with the turbo, some do not. You will need to clock the turbo, and then custom fab a wastegate bracket that holds the wastegate in the correct position.

Your best bet is to call around and find out which business (enjuku, heavy throttle, JGY) sells the turbo in a "bolt on" style, with all the bracketing and clocking already done.

I am also going to recommend the TAKA turbo lines, or make your own, but the factory coolant and oil feed lines dont like where the T28 Family turbo sits. I am sure that with a little bending.....

I tried to use the wastegate bracket that was included with the turbo, but it actuallly broke under high boost conditions, so I had to make my own from 1/4" steel.
